    THE NITTY GRITTY

    DEPOSIT FEE: A booking/order is only confirmed once
    we’ve received your 50% deposit.

    PAYMENT: Full payment is required the day before the
    event/delivery.

    CANCELLATION POLICY: Should our agreement be
    cancelled less than 10 days before the anticipated
    event, Von Fluff will be entitled to retain the deposit
    as a genuine pre-estimate of financial loss incurred
    due to the cancellation.

    FLAVOURS: Please take note that certain flavours,
    details or toppings might not be available – we will
    however inform you of these.

    TRAVEL COSTS: We are based in Johannesburg but will
    happily travel all over. Transport costs will be added
    to your quote once we receive the necessary details
    from you.

    DELIVERY: Courier costs will be added for delivery
    further than 5 km’s away from our office.
